The transition into motherhood is often described as beautiful, and it truly can be - but I also know firsthand how unexpectedly overwhelming it can feel. Pregnancy and early parenthood bring moments of joy and gratitude, yet they also stir emotional shifts, changing routines, and a deep sense of disconnection from the familiar.
Like many women, I experienced the quiet weight of perinatal anxiety- persistent worry, unease, and the challenge of navigating a new identity. It can feel isolating, even though so many of us walk this path.
I created PAUSE to be the support I once needed: a nurturing, judgment-free space where you can feel seen, heard, and held.
