Q: Who is PAUSE for?
A: PAUSE is for anyone experiencing perinatal anxiety, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or adjusting to parenthood. While much of our content is aimed at mothers, we also offer guidance and meditations for fathers and partners.

Q: How is PAUSE different from therapy or counselling?
A: PAUSE is a complementary resource that supports mental well-being through meditation, mindfulness, and education. While it can help reduce anxiety and foster calm, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care. If you are struggling with severe anxiety or depression, we encourage seeking professional help.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Q: What types of meditation programs does PAUSE offer?
A: We offer three core meditation series:

  1. Before Pregnancy & During Pregnancy – preparing your mind and body for parenthood.

  2. Postpartum & Early Parenthood – managing stress, anxiety, and emotional shifts after birth.

  3. Beyond Early Parenthood – ongoing support for navigating life as a parent.

We also have separate guided meditations designed specifically for fathers and partners.

Q: I’ve never meditated before. Can I start with PAUSE?
A: Absolutely! Our programs are designed for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Each session gently guides you to focus on your breath, calm your mind, and nurture self-compassion.

Q: How long are the meditations?
